In the crystal-clear waters of Coral Bay, a tiny seahorse swims frantically toward Super Panda's underwater headquarters. "Help! Help!" calls the little seahorse. "My daddy is stuck in the seaweed forest, and he's about to have babies!"
Super Panda, wearing his special underwater rescue suit, quickly springs into action. "Don't worry, little one! Super Rescue Team 9 is here to help!" He grabs his rescue toolkit and heads into the deep blue sea, with the baby seahorse leading the way.
